# TopManager

> TopManager is a cloud (SaaS) business management platform (ERP) for small and medium companies in Romania, and for people who need a website or an online store: invoicing with the Romanian eInvoice (e-Factura) and eTransport systems, online stores and websites, CRM, projects, bookings, attendance, and a built-in AI assistant that answers questions from the company's own data ("Talk to your data").

TopManager is developed by TopDev Systems and Allbim NET. It runs in the browser, with no servers to maintain; an on-premise option is available on request. The interface is available in Romanian and English. Pricing is a SaaS subscription, quoted on request; the AI assistant is an optional add-on that raises the subscription a little.

## The AI assistant ("Talk to your data" / "Vorbește cu datele tale")

- Lives in the app's chat; users ask in their own words about sales, receivables and overdue payments, eInvoice status, orders, stock, clients, projects, bookings, attendance and leave, subscriptions
- Answers with figures, charts and links into the app; builds dashboards of KPIs and charts on demand
- Explains why sales changed (price, volume, new or lost clients), flags anomalies (duplicate invoices, deep discounts, stuck orders), forecasts incoming payments and scores clients' payment risk
- Prepares actions - tasks, comments, products and prices, website pages, blog articles, client contacts, calendar events, emails and SMS - that are saved only after the user presses "Confirm" (most can be undone for 30 minutes); emails and SMS are sent by the user
- A daily briefing, "@Asistent" in team group chats (answering only with what every member may see) and a personal memory of the user's preferences
- Data safety: every user sees only the data their role allows; each company's data is kept separate; the company chooses the AI provider (Claude, OpenAI or Ollama) and sets monthly usage limits; sensitive personal data (personal ID numbers, identity documents) is never sent to the AI
